I have been a real estate broker in Santa Clara County for several decades. Each year and market are unique!  I have built my business one client at a time, and now enjoy working not only with clients buying their second or third property with my professional assistance, but in some cases with the children of clients.  I hold a designation specialty in working with Seniors. I understand the issues and difficulties that can arise as we or our parents or friends age, and will work with you to have all go as smoothly as possible.  I am active in the real estate community as well, and served as the 2007 President of the California Association of Realtors.

 

I work with my daughter, Laura Deauville. She is an expert in managing the ins and outs of buying bank-owned and short sale properties. She is former college soccer player and it shows in her focus representing her clients. We are an unbeatable team!

 

My husband Dennis is a commercial broker at heart although he is also the managing broker for Altera Real Estate.  He holds the prestigious CCIM designation and can help you or someone you know evaluate current investments and consider future ones.

 

Our son, Robert, also a CCIM broker, specializes in tenant representation in the greater Silicon Valley market and has over 15 years experience.
